PHENOM Pickleball Policies

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal only. We do charge sales tax for Illinois residents.


Please allow 2-7 business days for order printing and processing time. If you are in a rush, please reach out and we will do our best to expedite.

We ship via USPS first class mail unless you upgrade to priority shipping. Generally it takes 5-7 days once the post office receives your package. International customers generally take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs.

Shipping addresses need to be entered correctly at checkout, we will not be liable for packages going to the address that are entered incorrectly. Please make sure to double check all shipping addresses before purchasing.

Please note if shipping outside the united states custom charges may apply... these fees do not come to us they are fees your country charges.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Please contact us directly at phenompickleball@gmail.com regarding your return, refund, or product exchange and we will help you with the entire process. PHENOM Pickleball will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise in the contiguous United States for an exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. 


If an item is showing delivered per USPS tracking we do not resend items. We ship only to addresses provided at checkout, if the address is different and the package gets delivered to the address provided PHENOM Pickleball will not be liable, if the package gets returned to us we will contact you with a new shipping listing, as we do not get refunded for incorrect shipping addresses or returned packages. If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reaching out to the carrier regarding details of delivery. If the package cannot be found, please contact us at phenompickleball@gmail.com.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
